NERO's future endeavors encompass several key areas. Firstly, in the execution layer, NERO remains committed to staying abreast of advancements in ZK EVM technology. This involves fostering practicality, engineering, and open-source initiatives related to ZK EVM through both independent research and collaborative efforts. Secondly, within the settlement layer, NERO will intensify its research into consensus protocols. This includes delving into semi-synchronous networks and pure asynchronous networks to facilitate consensus among larger-scale nodes across diverse network environments. Lastly, NERO will concentrate on enhancing the data availability layer. Efforts will be directed towards diminishing trust assumptions while concurrently enhancing storage efficiency. These endeavors underscore NERO's ongoing dedication to innovation and improvement across its various operational layers.
