The header of the DA transaction will also be committed to the settlement layer alongside the DA block hash when the data availability verification has been passed. Then the transaction fees will be deducted from the senders’ accounts and distributed as rewards to the DA block proposer, the DA block confirmation proposer, and all the related DA maintainer nodes of this shard.
